New Touchscreen. The all-new app-like interface is extremely easy to use, allowing users to be more efficient. Those adopting digital manufacturing for the first time will grasp the technology quickly with its straightforward operation and maintenance.
Faster Build Speed. For maximum time savings, the Fortus 450mc builds complex parts faster than its predecessors, providing additional time savings and throughput for users.
Ease of Use. The Fortus 450mc has its own compressor on-board, eliminating the cost and storage space of an external compressor. Tip wipes may now be adjusted during a build with a simple scroll wheel, reducing wear on tips, brushes and flickers as well as lessening tip shield buildup.
Oven Temperature & Uniformity. The 450mc can withstand oven temperatures up to 482° F, the highest of all Stratasys systems, enabling the printer to accept the broadest range of possible new thermoplastic materials (e.g., ULTEM 1010). In addition, the uniformity of the chamber temperature significantly enhances repeatability, producing the most reliable parts.
